Kanwa suna ne da ake kiran rukunin ma'adanin ƙasa ko sinadarai da ke ƙunshe da sinadarin potassium, wanda ke gina jikin tsirrai.

A cewarta: "Ka san shi malam Bahaushe na da tunanin cewa duk abin da yake da amfani to babu laifi a saka shi a abinci.

"To amfaninta kawai shi ne sanya ta da ake yi don ta sa abu ya yi laushi.

"Dalilin da ya sa ake sakawa a abinci shi ne saboda sinadarin alkaline kuma ba dole sai a kanwa ake samun sa ba.

"Zai yi kyau idan an saka kanwa a abinci to a zuba ganyayyaki da sauran kayan marmari a ciki saboda a cike gurbin sinadaran da kanwar ta lalata masu gina jiki."

'Gara a yi amfani da dalam'

Malama Halima Adamu ta ce akwai wani gari da ƙabilar Fulani ke haɗawa da ya fi kanwa amfani mai suna dalam.

"Fulani kan yi amfani da kararen gero da dawa da masara wajen garin dalam kuma shi ma ana amfani da shi kamar yadda ake amfani da kanwa," a cewarta.

"Dalam ya fi kanwa amfani saboda ba a cire komai daga cikin sinadaran hatsin ba."

Abubuwan da ake sarrafawa da kanwa

Kamar yadda muka faɗa a sama, kashi 95 cikin 100 abubuwan da ake sarrafawa da kanwa a fannin masa'antu shi ne haɗa takin zamani.

Sinadarin potassium da ke cikin kanwa kan gina jikin tsirrai, da ba su garkuwa daga cutuka, da alkinta ruwa a jikinsu.
